Dr Hans Parge’s background is in biomedical research and pharmaceutical drug discovery. His basic training was in X-ray crystallography and structural biology. He did his PhD in Trinity College Dublin and postdoctoral work in Berlin at the Free University , the University of Edinburgh and the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla.
His work at The Scripps Institute involved the atomic structural analysis of proteins, the molecules of life. In 1993 he left Scripps and went to a start up company that was pioneering X-ray Crystallography to inform pharmaceutical drug discovery.
In 2009 Dr. Hans took early retirement and moved into the world of wellness, prevention and youthful aging. He now helps people die young as late in life as possible And his mission is to educate, measure, monitor and raise public health awareness and Skin Carotenoid score.
